Free shipping for all orders in Europe.

Our articles are delivered by GLS within 1 to 3 working days after the order.

Conditions for returning items

The buyer has the right to return the item ordered within 14 days of receipt.

Retraction form

Only items that have not been used and in their original condition are eligible for return.

The item must be in its original packaging and with its label and invoice as it was delivered.

Each item is subject to a check by us before shipping. Any damage on the part of the buyer prior to its return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.
Any article out of its original condition, damaged or with missing elements for reasons other than our error will not be accepted.

Any item returned more than 14 days after receipt will not be accepted.

Items on sale are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All proof of return must be kept. We decline all responsibility for lost parcels.

To notify your return, please send an e-mail to info@kevintizo.com and the reason for the return so that we can provide you with the return address.

Once we receive the return, we will inspect it. If the returned item does not comply with the above mentioned return policy, the return will be refused and the item will be returned to the customer.

If after inspection the item meets the return policy, a full refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account.

Please note that refunds by credit card may take up to 10 business days. The time frame for refunds depends on your credit card company or bank. Please contact them for any questions regarding collection times.

Order Error

If you have received an article other than the one ordered, please send us an e-mail with the order number and a photo of the article received by mistake to inform us at info@kevintizo.com.

Exchange

Only faulty/damaged items or incorrectly sized items will be replaced. Please note that for size exchanges, shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
